Greetings from Minnie Street Bed & Breakfast Inn and INNSpa. For your lodging enjoyment we offer wonderful, quality rooms and suites with your comfort and relaxation in mind, as well as warm and friendly Alaskan hospitality!

With that in mind, we've been getting ready for your visit to Fairbanks, Alaska for sixteen years! We've prepared your space for you whether it's in one of our Premium Suite / Apartments, Premium rooms or our Standard rooms. For our Suites we also have Spa / Massage services available. We have great rates and will match government Per Diem rates.

A delicious full breakfast is served every morning with quality ingredients.

We're conveniently located within walking distance to Downtown Fairbanks, the Golden Heart city of Alaska, and close to shops, attractions, the post office, restaurants and the Alaska Railroad Depot. The Fairbanks International airport is approximately 4 miles from our Bed and Breakfast Inn. Come inside our site and take a look!

	In summer, a courtyard & deck filled with flowers for your enjoyment.		Premium Suites offering in-room Jacuzzi, steamer showers, fireplace, triple sheets and all down bedding.
Roses are just some of our fragrant flowers		Premium Rooms with private baths, triple sheets and all down bedding.

A full homemade, Alaskan style breakfast is served each morning at 7:15 and 8:15 in the main dining room.

If you're leaving earlier or wanting to sleep in later, a generous, tasty "breakfast-to-go" is available upon request.

For those reserving our small house, a "serve yourself breakfast" from the stocked in-house refrigerator is provided. You can have it hot or cold, but one thing is guaranteed, it's a plentiful breakfast!

Guests gather in our common areas to enjoy warm summer days and also for the pleasure of meeting new friends from around the world. They do the same in the winter!

Later in the day enjoy a tasty meal at one of the excellent restaurants located throughout the Fairbanks area. Many are within walking distance of our Inn.

We pride ourselves on the attentiveness of our staff and will do everything we can to assure that your stay is a pleasant and memorable occasion.
